Zusammenfassung: | The setting-up operation of servo drives is a time-consuming and cost-intensive process. Particularly, the controller parameterization is carried out by applying basic empirical formulas within an integrated automatic design. Hence, the determined settings are often insufficient verified by the resulting system behavior and the limits of the applied methods are not taken into account appropriate. A loss of quality in the produced product or a complete shutdown are the consequences. In addition, another approach is to give the user a simple way to influence the design of the controller. By applying methods of simulation-based optimization this paper presents an approach to meet these requirements. The main advantage of the proposed method lies in the ability of analyzing nonlinear models. This enables the user to set the specification of the sensitivity and the complementary sensitivity function and therefore the model acts as an efficient tool for influencing the robustness and dynamic of the whole system. |
