Safety and Tolerability of Voriconazole in Patients with Baseline Renal Insufficiency and Candidemia

Acutely ill patients with candidemia frequently suffer from renal insufficiency. Voriconazole's intravenous formulation with sulfobutylether beta-cyclodextrin (SBECD) is restricted in patients with renal insufficiency.
