Zusammenfassung:	In this study, right ventricule in the heart of cattle, 4 separate location on the surface with diaphragmatic of the spleen of cattle, rare settlements facts showing cystic echinococcosis has been described. In cattle in Turkey for the submission of such rare cases is appropriate. Bu çalışmada, bir sığırda kalbin sağ ventrikülünde, dört ayrı sığırın dalaklarının diaframatik yüzeyinde lokalizasyonlu, nadir yerleşim gösteren kistik ekinokokkoz olguları tanımlanmıştır. Türkiye'de sığırlarda bu tarz vakalar ender rastlandığı için sunulması uygun görülmüştür.
