Zusammenfassung: | There were studied the dependencies of age-related changes of activity of α-amylase, alkaline and acid phosphatases in tissues of caudate, mastoid, right, inner left, outer left and quadrate liver lobes of gray giant breed infant rabbits at the age of 30, 60, 90 and 120 days of life, grown in the conditions of private subsidiary farming. There were shown unevenness and heterochronism of the formation of enzyme systems in tissues of different liver lobes of infant rabbits. It was established that enzymes level is reflected by the intensity of metabolism in liver lobes tissues and the dependency of structural-chemical age-related formation of liver. The highest values of α-amylase activity in the tissues of studied liver lobes were detected in rabbits at two months of age.They are relatively low in 45-days-old, three and four month old rabbits. The values of alkaline phosphatase activity is the highest in 45-days-old and relatively low in a month old rabbits. The enzyme values of two-, three - and four-months old rabbits are intermediate. Values of acid phosphatase in lobes tissues are maximum in four-months-old rabbits and the minimum in the liver lobes tissues of other ages. The nature and intensity of age-related changes of enzyme systems activity depend on the composition and amount of incoming food. Intensive age-related changes of enzyme systems activity in the liver lobes tissues of rabbits occur within the first three months of life. The most pronounced changes in enzyme activity are detected between 1 month and 45 days age and between 45 days and two-month age,in other words, during the growth phase ofnutrition. Unlike the α-amylase activity, enzymes level of alkaline and acid phosphatases in liver lobes tissues is not stabilized during the investigated period of rabbits life.
Изучены закономерности возрастных изменений активностиα-амилазы, щелочной и кислой фосфатаз в тканях хвостатой, сосцевидной, правой, левой внутренней, левой наружной и квадратной долей печени у крольчат породы серый великан в возрасте 30,60,90 и 120 суток жизни, выращенных в условиях личного подсобного хозяйства. Показано неравномерность и гетерохронность формирования ферментных систем в тканях разных долей печени у крольчат. Установлено, что уровень ферментов отражают интенсивность обмена веществ в тканях долей печени и закономерность структурно-химического возрастного формирования печени.Наиболее высокие величины активности α-амилазы в тканях исследуемых долей печени выявляю |
