Zusammenfassung:Representatives of fluorescing group of bacteria of the genus Pseudomonas, including Pseudomonas сhlororaphis, called scientific interest in connection with a major role in the pathogenesis of fish, causing a disease such as Pseudomonas fish, causing major economic losses for fish farming. Carp, carp, bighead and white silver carp, white and black cupids, Buffalo and other cyprinid fish, including aquarium suffer from Pseudomonas. Pathogenic agents are: sick fish, their corpses, wild fish, inhabiting in water sources. Transmitted by direct contact and indirectly through water, inventory, with ectoparasites. Currently diagnosis of Pseudomonas are carried out with bacteriological methods that are laborious and lengthy (up to 5 days). Application of the method of reaction of phage growth titer (regional nonprofit Foundation) will allow the indication of the pathogen without highlighting it in pure culture in a much shorter period of time (up to 24) hours without the use of expensive equipment and consumables. In addition, application of biological preparations on the basis of bacteriophages will allow fago-typing, establishing the origin of the pathogen of Pseudomonas and determining the source of infection of fish. In the course of research from 30 samples of pond water of Ulyanovsk region 6 cultures of bacteriophages, active against P. Сhlororaphis were allocated, their basic biological properties were studied: lytic activity on methods of Appelman, Grazia, the spectrum of lytic activity, specificity, resistance to heat treatment, morphology of negative colonies. Range of lytic activity of allocated bacteriophages were in the range from 47,0 % to 82,3 % of the 17 available strains P. сhlororaphis. All selected bacteriophages showed strict specificity towards the bacteria P. сhlororaphis. Lytic activity of allocated bacteriophages were from 0,8(±0,2) х 103 to 4,0(±0,1) х 107 PFU/ml. In order to construct a biological product for indication and identification of P. сhlororaphis the most promising bacteriophage Pс11F-UGSHA with a titre 0,7(±0,1) х 107 PFU/ml was selected, range of lytic activity 82,3 % and expressed specificity against bacteria P. сhlororaphis. The expediency of application of the mentioned strain of bacteriophage in the composition of biological products for indication and identification of P. сhlororaphis when diagnosing Pseudomonas fish has been proved experimentally.
