Zusammenfassung: | There has been developed a highly efficient tillage roller, which will ensure implementation of agro-technical requirements for the consolidation of the soil and reduce operating costs while improving productivity of cultivated cultures. The roller is made in the form of a hollow cylinder with planks equispaced on a circle. Inside this cylinder on the same axis a smooth cylinder of a smaller diameter is provided having a surface which is in contact with the inner surface of planks. In the process of operating top soil bolsters are heavily crushed by the planks, and bolsters got into inside the hollow cylinder are broken between its ribs and the surface of the smooth cylinder Roller. In the field granulometric composition and density of 3 types of soils were determined: 1) not treated, 2) after its processing by ringed roller 3) after processing by the newly developed roller After the passage of the developed (compared to the tillage of star-wheeled roller the content of soil clods of less than 0.25 mm was 22.92 % (20.44 %), 0.25-10 mm – 61.97 % (55.31 %), 10-50 mm – 14.66 % (18.99 %), more than 50 - 0.46 % (5.27 %), and the density of soil layers was 0-3 cm – 1201 kg/cub. m (1209 kg/cub. m), 3-6 сm – 1285 kg/cub. m (1257 kg/cub. m), 6-9 сm – 1798 kg/cub. m (1668 kg/cub. m). Thus, it was found that on uncultivated areas and areas treated by ringed roller, the quality of soil treatment does not fully meet the agricultural requirements for sowing. The suggested roller fully supported the implementation of agro-technical requirements for sowing on density of soil and its fractional composition. Herewith, it specific metal capacity is 2.36 times lower than in a star-wheeled roller.
Разработан высокоэффективный почвообрабатывающий каток, который обеспечит выполнение агротехнических требований к прикатыванию почвы и снизит эксплуатационные затраты при одновременном повышении урожайности возделываемых культур. Каток выполнен в виде пустотелого цилиндра с равномерно расположенными по окружности планками. Внутри этого цилиндра на той же оси находится гладкий цилиндр меньшего диаметра, поверхность которого соприкасается с внутренней поверхностью планок. В процессе работы поверхностные комки почвы интенсивно крошатся планками, а комки, попавшие внутрь пустотелого цилиндра, разбиваются между его ребрами и поверхностью гладкого цилиндра.
