Zusammenfassung:There is a need for rapid indication and identification of bacteria from genus Listeria because they contaminate often feed and food. Bacteriophages are a simple and reliable tool for the solving of the problem of the prophylaxis of that. It was developed the scheme of allocation of bacteriophages bacteria species L. monocytogenes by induction of lysogenic cultures. The isolation and study of biological properties of phages was carried out according to the methods suggested by N.A. Каpyrinoy, M.R.J. Clokie, A.M. Kropinski, E.Каtter, A. Sulakvelidze, C.P. Sword, M.J. Pickett, D.A. Viktorov. As a test strain for the optimization of the parameters of the induction it was used the virulent strain of L. monocytogenes - 766, a reference strain of L. monocytogenes 9-127 served as indicating one. As an induction agent were used ultraviolet rays (UV rays), the source of which served as a mercury-quartz lamp, giving no less than 90 % of the radiated energy in the form of UV-rays with a wavelength of 254 nm. Three schemes were used, in which density of a medium when exposure, exposure time (from 20 s to 5 min) and distance up to a source of light (40 cm or 1 m) varied in the course of the experiment.As the result the bacteriophage bacteria species L. monocytogenes was isolated, optimal scheme of allocation listeric meningitis bacteriophage by induction UV-rays was developed. It is experimentally established, that irradiation is best suited liquid slightly alkaline environment, exposure time is 30 s, the distance to the source of radiation is 40 cm. Необходимость ускоренного выявления и идентификации листерий актуальна, т.к. имеется проблема профилактики инфицирования ими кормов и продуктов питания. Бактериофаги являются простым и надежным инструментом для решения данной задачи. Разработана схема выделения бактериофагов бактерий вида L.monocytogenes методом индукции из лизогенных культур. Выделение и изучение биологических свойств фагов проводили по методам, предложенным Н.А. Капыриной, M.R.J. Clokie, A.M. Kropinski, Э.Каттер, А. Сулаквелидзе, C.P. Sword, M.J. Pickett, Д.А. Викторовым. В качестве тест-штамма для оптимизации параметров индукции использовали вирулентный штамм L.monocytogenes – 766, индикаторным служил референс-штамм L.monocytogenes 9-127. В качестве индуцирующего агента использовали ультрафиолетовые лучи (УФ-лучи), источником которых служила ртутно-кварцевая лампа, дающая не менее 90% излучаемой энергии в виде УФ-лучей с длиной волны 254 нм.
