Zusammenfassung:	The paper presents genetic diversity of sessile oak from natural populations. These populations develop in different natural forest tip from FÄ_gÄ_raÅ_ South region. Research was concentrated on within population and for most characters observed, oaks exhibit a wide variation. Morphological analysis of leaf found that the descriptors with most capacity of discriminate of biotips are shape lobe and depth of sinus. The patterns of genetic variation will contribute to better understanding of principles of adaptation and survival of oaks and are needed like criteria for the choosing of seed trees.
