Flora pteridofitica do Rio Mosquito municipio de Lencois, Chapada Diamantina, Bahia - Brasil: notas preliminares

This work contains a cheklist of the pteridophytes of the Rio Mosquito, Chapada Diamantina, forest of Bahia, in Lencois municipality, that contributes for the study of the pteridoflora of the Atlantic Forest areas in Bahia state. It includes ecological information about the collected especies. A checklist of the species contain ten families presented: Schizaeaceae (01sp.); Gleicheniaceae (03 spp); Hymenophyllaceae (01 sp.); Pteridaceae (01 sp.); Dennstaedtiaceae (01 sp.); Thelypteridaceae (02 spp.); Davalliaceae (01 sp.); Polypodiaceae (01 sp.); Lycopodiaceae (01 sp.) and Selaginellaceae (01 sp.). The most representative family is the Gleicheniaceae and the genera is Gleichenia. The predominant type of habit was the herbaceous, followed by habitat terrestrial of soil and holocorticicolous
