Effect of different types of soil on clover-grass mixtures yield height and quality

The aim of the study was to compare the productivity of clover-grass mixtures with proportions of white clover in different soil conditions (brown soil, alluvial soil, grey soil and rendzina). The mixtures were sown without cover plants and were harvested twice in the year of sowing and 4-5 fold in full production years. It was proven that according to the height and quality of yield, soil condition had an important effect in every cycle- yield mixtures on brown soil and alluvial soil were the best, whilst on rendzina it was the worst
