Zusammenfassung:The aphid infestation per plant was highest i.e. 28.06 aphids on 1st Nov. 1998 sowing date, followed by 15.50 aphids on 20th Oct. 1998, 14.90 aphids on 8th Oct. 1998 and 13.71 aphids on 26th Sep. 1998. The cv. Dunkeld was found comparatively less attacked by aphids with 11.61 aphids/plant, while cv. Rainbow was highly attacked with 23.77 aphids/plant. Cv. Oscar showed an intermediate population of 19.02 aphids/plant.
