Zusammenfassung:In order to promote management system of environmental harmonized irrigation facility with resident participation, we have produced the manual constituted by the results of the cooperative study funded by the Research Project for Utilizing Advanced Technologies in Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries. The features of the manual are as follows. 1. It is basic concept of the manual that person in charge of promotion of resident participation understands when and how the technical skill of the contents should be used easily. 2. Process of the resident participation is shown as 4 steps and 26 scenes, and details of the technical skill named 'tool' were usefully arranged on 26 scenes. 3. To promote understanding and interest for the users and the residents, the tools contain many pictures and figures. 4. To be able to search the dates quickly by computer etc., the manual was recorded in DVD. This manual contributes to promote management of environmental harmonized irrigation facility with resident participation, and, it can be used effectively to carry forward the agriculture considered environmental preservation and biodiversity with community.
