Zusammenfassung: | Bulblets regenerated from small globule-scale of Fritillaria camtschatcensis Ker-Gawl. were cultured to determine effects of temperature and light intensity on bulblet weight, leaf emergence and rooting from the bulblets. The regenerated bulblets were cultured on MS medium containing 0.1 mg L(-1) NAA and 0.1 mg L(-1) kinetin for 8 weeks under continuous light of 40 mu-mol m(-2)s(-1) at 15, 20 and 25 degrees C, or under continuous light of 40, 150, 300 mu-mol m(-2)s(-1) and dark(cont.) at 20 degrees C in vitro. The optimum temperature was 20 degrees C for increases in bulblet weight, leaf emergence and rooting from the bulblets. As to light, 150 and 300 mu-mol m(-2)s(-1) were optimum for rooting from the bulblets. But there is no correlation between light and bulblet weight. Leaf emergence could not be recognized in the dark |
