Zusammenfassung:Semen of 5 crossbred cattle bulls was analysed by studying sperm motility, sperm abnormalities, hyposmotic swelling (HOS), penetration of spermatozoa into cervical mucous (CMP) and sperm membrane protein extracted with deoxycholate (DOC) and the protein content. It was observed that there was a strong correlation(r=0.88) between freezability of semen and sperm abnormalities, HOS-test, CMP and per cent sperm membrane aprotein extracted with DOC.
