Zusammenfassung: | The strategic directions of technical re-equipment of agriculture, increasing the efficiency of automated industrial services of agricultural commodity producers, creation and functioning of the secondhand machinery market, the formation of the branded technical services, development of the processing industry branches and the sphere of consumer cooperation in the agroindustrial complex of the Republic of Belarus are substantiated. The following forms of inter-farmers cooperation in agricultural machinery usage are proposed: inter-farmers small-scale enterprises; regional associations of farmers; groups of farmers exercising mechanized services. In modern conditions of management it is advisable to form two main groups of producers co-operatives: 1. agricultural production co-operatives (agricultural artel; cooperative farming); 2. agricultural user-servicing cooperatives (processing cooperatives; trade co-operatives; service co-operatives; supply co-operatives; horticultural, plant and animal production co-operatives; credit co-operatives; insurance co-operatives). Implementation of the observed directions will help to solve the problems of realization of the state village revival and development program for 2005–2010 years |
