Zusammenfassung: | The subject of this dissertation is development of a sustainable aero-pollution management model in urban surroundings. The dissertation considers general issues regarding air-pollution, causes of air-pollution, and the classification of air-pollution factors, the classification of cars based on EURO Standards, meteorological factors, as well as the economy and influence of economy. Special attention in paid to the organization of traffic and heating during the season of winter, having in mind the fact that they are the main factors of air-pollution in urban surroundings. This dissertaion is also consisted of a detailed analysis of existing models of airpollution modelings, statistic analysis (Case Study Banja Luka), “The Statistic Analysis of Annual Report on Measures of Air-pollution in the City of Banja Luka (for period 01.01.2008-2010) and “The Statistic Analysis of Air Quality Monitoring regarding the Day Without Cars (22nd September 2008-2010). The main aim of this dissertation is to create a model of a sustainable air-pollution management in urban surrounding. The Model is based on a network of movable laboratories connected to the automatic traffic management system. The Model setup is considered, as well as the input parameters within which the following are defined: (1) model elements; (2) processes; (3) resources; (4) surrounding influences and deviations; as well as modeling, testing of results and comparison with the measuring results. This dissertation is also consisted of a detailed explanation of modeling, model algorithm, including model simulation in realistic conditions. Measuring of air-pollution within certain conditions was carried out. The model simulation enabled gathering of a sufficient number of information on air-pollution status in urban surrounding and on status of the surrounding, in order to provide elements for effective and efficient management of air-pollution concerning the traffic and users. Final chapter of this dissertation provides an insight in reached results summery, the scientific contribution, as well as the explanation for proved hypothesis of this doctorial research.
