Zusammenfassung:Between April and June 2008, a large preventive archaeological excavation were performed at Recea (S laj county), in the place named „Valea Sulduba / Sulduba valley”. The archaeological site was more than 2 ha and consisted in remains belonging to Middle Bronze Age (Wietenberg culture: a pit and 2 funerary complexes), Late Bronze Age (Cehăluț-Hajdubágos Group: 37 features - 8 dwellings, pits, fireplace/ovens), La Tène period (a single pit) and 3rd – 4th centuries B.C. (2 structures, several pits including rectangular ones and a kiln).
