The archaeological investigations were aimed at targets full archaeological research in the eight (8) trenches. Archaeological research conducted at Ineu is an important first step to rediscover the early stages of the medieval fortress. Being a small research the results are limited but promising in terms of development of the settlemnt and the fortress over time, from that castellum until modern fortress in 17th century. |
