Zusammenfassung:As for Bucșani Pod site the previously obtained results previously obtained, in what concerns the foundation trenches for palisades, were once again confirmed. The trenches were located on almost the same layout, generally rectangular shaped, with rounded corners, dug and used during the last habitation of the tell settlement (Gumelnița B1). The holes of the former posts for palisades were still preserved, which is not the case for wood or charcoal remains. In 2009 and 2011 campaigns, within PNCDI2 project Chronos (contract 92101/1.10.2008), Bucșani Pădure-Tell was electromagnetically scanned. As the similar scans on tell settlements investigated within the project showed, an enclosure was also identified. Two enclosures were identified on all three sections researched in 2011 campaign. One trench ditch belongs to the first habitation level (Gumelnița A2), reinforced on its exterior side by an impressive bank made of natural sediments (some of them are from Neajlov river high terrace). A second trench ditch of appreciable dimensions, identified also during the magneto-metrical scanning, belongs to the last habitation level (Gumelnița B1).
