Zusammenfassung:In the latest archaeological campaign from Romula, we investigated the northern area of the site where some pottery workshops were discovered in the last decades. In the summer of 2008, we opened two trenches close to the Philip the Arab’s Wall. Inside of them, we discovered two dwellings, two graves and one pit. The dwelling no. 2 and the pit no. 1 were dated to the late 2nd century A.D. and early 3rd century A.D. Two cremation graves were dated to the second half of the 3rd century A.D. Finally, we began to investigate the dwelling no. 1, that has a kitchen kiln with Roman pottery, dated to the 4th to the 6th centuries A.D.
