Zusammenfassung:From August the 12th to September the 28th, 2002, the 9th archaeological campaign in the multi-level settlement of Lazuri – Lubitag (Satu Mare county) took place. The Late Bronze Age is represented by a number of archaeological finds, belonging to the Suciu de Sus culture. Two adobe platforms (C 30 and C 55) are presented in this report, representing the remains of two aboveground dwellings. Also we describe two large pits with rich inventory. The finds dating to the Early Hallstatt period belong to the two phases of the Gáva culture. The first phase of the Gáva culture is represented by a dwelling, dug into the earth (C 48) and the foundations of a large building on the surface (C 57). The latest phase of the Gáva culture is represented by another dwelling, dug in the earth, with a pottery, a brooch-pin, and a molding cast for bracelets or pendants. The Roman period occupation level was found in the complexes nos. 46 (large size pit; on the bottom we found three or four cow skulls orientated towards the east), 50 (rectangular pit, a small fragment of terra sigillata appeared in the filling level), 53 (dwelling, almost the entire pottery that came out is hand made and belongs to the Przeworsk Culture). At the same time, some pillar pits belonging to light constructions on the ground surface can also be dated to the Roman period. To the early Slavic period (second half of the 6th century – early 7th century) belong the complexes nos. 51 and 52 (dwellings), 56 (a platform made of burned clay rolls and "breads". There is one more Early Middle Ages settlement at Lazuri, mainly dated to the 8th century. To this settlement belong pit 233 and complex 54. The latter was most probably a place to extract the clay and later reused as waste place.
