Zusammenfassung:Extended description: This film opens with a fast-paced portrait sequence of a Milkman on his rounds in Balcombe and socialising with the villager. Two women stand with the milkman for portrait shots outside the Half Moon public house in Balcombe. The second film opens with mixed views of a multi-school sports day event with children running races on a playing field. Competitors are from three local schools Balcombe, Handcross, and Cuckfield with a close-up of the score board. Children play in a playground on swings and two boys run behind a woman on a bike. The sequence ends with a home-made end title of a boy holding a 'The End' sign standing in a garden. The next film opens with a title '... presents A Fishy Story By Bill Pain' (Title is clipped at opening in original film) followed by a series of production credits and a location slate 'Rocky Mead June 1960'. This slapstick style fiction narrative opens with a fisherman standing on a bridge over a river. The fisherman looses his balance as a presumed large fish bites his line. Several children and a man laugh, jump around and point from the river bank at the mans situation. Eventually the man comes to his rescue, helping him reel in the fish. When they finally pull it in they find it is just an old Wellington boot filled with water. The film ends with the children line fishing from the riverbank. This film opens with a portrait of a milkman on his rounds with his milk float in Balcombe, followed by groups of children competing in a school sports day event and a short comedy fiction film about a group that go fishing. Original language summary: This film opens with a portrait of a milkman on his rounds with his milk float in Balcombe, followed by groups of children competing in a school sports day event and a short comedy fiction film about a group that go fishing.
