An Archaeological Watching Brief at Church of St Mary the Virgin, Church Lane, Chessington, Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames

Archaeology South-East were commissioned by Thomas Ford and Partners, on behalf of St Mary's Church Chessington PCC, to undertake an archaeological watching brief on new drainage works at the Church of St Mary the Virgin, Chessington, Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames. The watching brief did not identify any archaeological features and no finds were recovered. The natural sandy clay was encountered at 52.1m OD.
