Who Goes Who Stays: An Assessment of the Effect of a Freshman Mentoring and Unit Registration Program on College Persistence

Evaluated, using event history models, a freshman block registration and mentoring program designed to improve retention at a major state university. Found that the program has a positive impact on graduation and persistence. (EV)
