Zusammenfassung: | This study investigates the relationship between change fatigue and job satisfaction. It also aims to test the moderator roles of gender and experience in this relationship. To this end, we conducted an online data collection procedure during the 2020--2021 academic year. Participants were recruited through convenient sampling, and they worked in different parts of Turkey. In all, 379 teachers participated in the study voluntarily. The PROCESS macro was used to test the moderator roles of gender and experience. The findings showed that change fatigue and job satisfaction were negatively correlated. While gender moderated the relationship between change fatigue and job satisfaction, experience did not. The findings were discussed based on previous literature, and some suggestions were presented. |
