Zusammenfassung:The purpose of this study was to evaluate changes in the self-care behaviours of counsellors-in-training who participated in a 12-week experiential "Self-Care Course for Counsellors-SCC". The study was conducted through action research. The participants were 20 senior students in a counselling and guidance undergraduate programme in Turkey. Data was collected through observations, interviews, student diaries, and the Well Star Scale. The findings indicated that the SCC contributed to the students' awareness of self-care, enabled them to acquire knowledge and skills, practically apply the skills they acquired, and increased their wellness level.
