The Winter 2020 Research Summary captures both NIET's key long-term impact, shares promising results highlighting that the TAP System [The System for Teacher and Student Advancement] sustains effectiveness, and spotlights specific districts' successes. Among the highlights is DeSoto Parish Schools in Louisiana. Since partnering with NIET to implement the TAP System in 2008, DeSoto's decade-long commitment to excellent teaching has improved student performance, and the work has deepened even across leadership transitions.
