Zusammenfassung: | Little information exists on the basic elements of diversity recruiting on college campuses. A set of questions was developed for the Collegiate Employment Research Institute's (CERI's) annual college hiring survey that attempted to capture the current practices and benchmarks being employed by organizations in their diversity recruiting programs. This report begins by examining how organizations define diversity. In the other sections, topics cover the degree to which diversity recruiting is integrated into college relations/recruiting programs; the relationship of diversity hiring goals to total annual hiring targets; and benchmarks for measuring the success of diversity recruiting. |
