Zusammenfassung:The Concerns-Based Adoption Model (Hall & Hord, 2006) is one tool educational leaders can use to understand the process of change and teachers' stage-related concerns when implementing innovations. This paper presents select findings from a comparative case study of two urban elementary schools in which changes in teachers' reports of their level of concern regarding implementation of response to intervention were examined over time. Data were collected as part of a larger study in which the Stages of Concern Questionnaire (George, Hall, & Stiegelbauer, 2008) was administered to study participants twice: at the beginning and at the end of the school year. (Contains 2 tables and 2 figures.)
