The final four papers are concerned with developing quality, and include: (14) "Appraisal Schemes and Their Contribution to Quality in Teaching" (Saranne Magennis); (15) "Staff Development and Quality Assurance" (Sandra Griffiths); (16) "Teacher Training for University Teachers?"
