Zusammenfassung:Simulation exercises focusing on the development of personal and technical skills of supervision and decision making are presented as the first in a series of projects designed to develop, test, and disseminate simulation training materials for state leadership development. The exercises incorporate three dimensions of supervisory behavior: functions, goals, and processes. This publication includes four simulation exercises, an instructor's guide, background data for the exercises, and student working papers. The exercises may be used individually, as a group of four related exercises, or in combination with exercises to be developed within this series. These exercises were developed from actual case histories and problems submitted by present leaders of vocational education. The instructors guide attempts to provide assistance in conducting training sessions utilizing this material. (CH)
