Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an immunogen having high sensitivity and sufficient cross reactivity for detecting diacylhydrazine compounds by combining a specific compound with a carrier material. SOLUTION: The objective immunogen is obtained by combining a compound of the formula [R-R are each H, a (substituted) 1-6C alkyl, a (substituted) 2-6C alkenyl, etc.] with a carrier material selected from preferably proteins, polysaccharides and synthetic polymers or copolymers. By bringing a sample into contact with an antibody having bond affinity to diacylhydrazine antigen in the presence of, for example, this immunogen, combined and uncombined antibody-antigen complexes are formed. After separating the uncombined complex from the combined complex, diacylhydrazine or its derivative in the sample can be measured by a marker capable of detecting the combined complex.
