Zusammenfassung:The sports bat/stick/racquet has a hitting part and a stick to the outer end of which is a grip. Freely moving masses (3) are integrated in the bat/stick/racquet and are contained in one or more compartments (2) inside the hitting part or stick. The outside of each compartment is sealed on the outer surface by a stopper (5). Each freely moving mass consists of lead-shot, ball, a cylinder, a liquid such as mercury. ADVANTAGE - The sports bat/racquet/stick is designed to dampen the recoil and clatter to spare the player's arms and accelerate the ball.
