Zusammenfassung:	Porcine somatotropin (pST) and dietary lysine are administered in combination in dosages of from about 1-20 mg/swine/day pST and from about 0.9-1.6% by weight dietary lysine to synergistically promote growth, improve weight gain and increase feed utilization efficiency in swine. Administration of the compounds is conveniently accomplished by (1) administering porcine somatotropin (pST) to swine using conventional methods such as injections or implants and (2) feeding the swine a feed composition containing the lysine.
