Zusammenfassung: | In the novel method, the aqueous solutions of organic or inorganic salts are admixed, in order to reduce surface tension, with a reaction product from polyglycerol and fatty acid, which product has been obtained by (a) first condensing glycerol under normal pressure up to a hydroxyl value of from 1350 to 1100, (b) distilling the condensation product obtained in step (a), in order to remove low-boiling compounds, at a vacuum of from 50 to 2000 Pa until the bottom product has a hydroxyl value of from 1050 to 900, (c) further condensing at atmospheric pressure, the bottom product obtained in step (b) up to a hydroxyl value of from 890 to 800 and (d) esterifying the polyglycerol mixture obtained in step (c) up to a hydroxyl value of from 800 to 750 and an acid value of at most 0.7. |
