Zusammenfassung:	The present invention relates to new, safe and effective methods for controlling and preventing coccidiosis in poultry by orally administering thereto compositions contain maduramicin and nicarbazin in extremely low (previously considerd subtherapeutic) total doses of drugs. Unexpectedly, these compositions containing such low doses of drugs are observed to synergistically control and/or prevent coccidiosis in poultry without affecting growth.
