Zusammenfassung:	A pack of needled sutures comprising first, second and third panels (1,3,4) of which second panel (3) is hinged along opposite sides of the other panels (1,4), the first (1) and second (3) panels having recesses (9,12) which register in the folded pack and the second panel (3) having an incised tab (11) on one side of recess (12) and an aperture (13) on the other side of the recess (12) to receive and grip a curved needle (17) which extends across the recess (12), the third panel (4) being shaped to engage the first panel (1) and hold the folder closed without obstructing access to the needle (17).
