Zusammenfassung:	Laminates are produced continuously by impregnating a base sheet material with a mixt. of phenoplast resin (I), aminoplast resin (II), and acid donor curing agent (III); and bonding it to a second sheet material impregnated with (II) and (III), by pressing the 2 together at elevated temp. to effect cure of the resins. The second sheet material may be a decorative sheet, and/or a formed building board. The resin binder for the particulate cellulosic material of the building board may be either the conventional mixt. of (II) and (III), or the novel compsn. of (I) + (II) + (III).
