R1=satd, opt. substd. 1-8C aliphatic pg. 2-8C unsatd. alkyl, 3-7C cycloalkyl, or 1-4C alkyl substd. by phenyl or 5-or 6-membered aromatic heterocycle with N,O or S atoms (both opt. poly substd.). R2=H, or R1R2N is a 4-6 membered satd. heterocycle R3=H or 1-5C alkyl. X is O, S, SO or NH. They are made e.g. by reacting an appropriately substd. 3-sulphonamido benzoic acid with 2,5-dimethoxy-tetrahydrofuran.
