Zusammenfassung:	Substituted S-carboxymethyl-(thiono)-(di)-thiolphosphoric(phosphonic) acid esters and ester-amides of the formula XOR3 R1 PARALLEL ¦ ANGLE P-S-CH-CO2R4 (I), R2O in which R1 is phenyl, C1-C6 alkoxy, C1-C6 alkylmercapto, C1-C5 alkyl, alkoxyalkoxy with 1 to 5 carbon atoms in each alkyl moiety, C1-C5 alkylamino or C2-C5 alkenylamino, R2 is C1-C6 alkyl, alkoxyalkyl with 1 to 5 carbon atoms in each alkyl moiety or C5-C7 cycloalkyl, R3 is phenyl; cyclohexyl; C1-C7 alkyl; C1-C5 halogenoalkyl; or carbalkoxymethyl, aralkyl or alkoxyalkyl with 1 to 5 carbon atoms in each alkyl moiety, R4 is C1-C5 alkyl, phenyl or phenyl substituted by at least one of halogen, nitrile, nitro, C1-C4 alkyl and C1-C4 alkoxy, and X is oxygen or sulfur, WHICH POSSESS INSECTICIDAL PROPERTIES.
