POSITION-LIMITING ADJUSTABLE PREFABRICATED BLASTING TUBE AND INSTALLATION METHOD THEREOF

The invention relates to a position-limiting adjustable prefabricated blasting tube and an installation method thereof. The blasting tube comprises an upper semicircular pipe and a lower semicircular pipe which form the prefabricated blasting tube, and the upper semicircular pipe and the lower semicircular pipe are buckled and connected through a buckle component; the inner side wall of the prefabricated blasting tube is provided with a plurality of limit grooves; the conical cover is sleeved at that front end of the prefabricated blasting tube, and the cage-shaped plugging cover is sleeved at the rear end of the prefabricated blasting tube; a plurality of cylindrical explosives are respectively limited and installed in the prefabricated blasting tube through paired limit rings; plugging stemming is filled in the inner cavity of the cage-shaped plugging cover; the detonating tube and detonating cord are arranged in parallel in the inner cavity of the prefabricated blasting tube. Installation method: pre-assembling the blasting tube in a place with friendly construction environment; on-site blasting installation operation, and squeezing the plugging stemming to escape and adhere to the rock wall, so as to achieve the effect of full sealing. The blasting tube is easy to be prefabricated, and its field installation process is convenient, with high blasting efficiency and good safety factor. The method has simple steps, good environmental protection performance and flexible assembly process.
