Zusammenfassung: | The present invention provides application of foliage spray of thiamine with different concentration gradients in improving drought resistance of Gossypium hirsutum at a seedling stage, and belongs to the technical field of plant biochemistry. Foliage spray of a thiamine aqueous solution of 25/50/100 mmol/L onto Gossypium hirsutum at a trifoliate stage, with a spraying amount of 2-5 mL per plant, effectively improves drought resistance of Gossypium hirsutum. Besides, the present invention further provides application of externally applying thiamine in improving drought resistance of Gossypium hirsutum at a bud stage. After foliage spray of a thiamine aqueous solution of 50 mmol/L onto several Gossypium hirsutum varieties planted in Xinjiang at the bud stage under reduced water conditions, physiological and biochemical indicators determined indicate that externally applying thiamine can enhance drought resistance of the Gossypium hirsutum at the bud stage, and besides, effectively improve yield and fiber quality of Gossypium hirsutum. |
