Zusammenfassung:The present invention relates to the antibacterial potential of Euphorbia Prostrata's ethanolic extract against Bacillus subtilis, Escherichia coli, Bacillus thuringiensis, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa at concentrations of 30mg/ml, 50mg/ml, and 70mg/ml. Phytochemical screening reveals the presence of carbohydrates, proteins, flavonoids, and other bioactive compounds. The highest zone of inhibition occurs in B. thuringiensis (13mm at 70mg/ml), followed by E. coli (12mm at 70mg/ml) and B. subtilis (11mm at 70mg/ml), with the least in P. aeruginosa (9mm at 70mg/ml). The study demonstrates a concentration-dependent increase in antibacterial efficacy. Euphorbia Prostrata emerges as a promising medicinal plant, showcasing diverse properties with potential applications in traditional medicine. Further research is warranted to unlock additional therapeutic attributes and medical applications.
