Zusammenfassung:A composition and method (100) for synthesizing isoniazid-pyridazinone based DprE1 inhibitors as anti-tubercular agents, comprises of: collecting 0.005-0.015 mole each of isoniazid (INH) and 4-(5-chloro-2-hydroxy-4-methylphenyl)-4-oxobutanoic acid and refluxing with 40-60ml of ethanol for a defined interval to obtain a solution; and filtering, by a filter unit, the obtained solution to collect isoniazid-pyridazinone derivative as filtrate.
