HIGH-PRESSURE CAVITATION WATER JET STRENGTHENING DEVICE AND METHOD FOR PIPELINE COMPONENTS

The present invention discloses a high-pressure cavitation water jet strengthening device and method for pipeline components, which includes a workpiece processing system, a high-pressure jet system, and a water storage tank; the workpiece processing system includes an outer surface sealing sleeve moving device, an inner surface sealing sleeve moving device, and a workpiece rotating device, and above the workpiece rotating device is a pipeline component that drives the pipeline component to rotate, and the outer surface sealing sleeve moving device is used to drive the outer surface sealing sleeve to move up and down; the inner surface sealing sleeve moving device is used to drive the inner surface sealing sleeve to move up and down; the high-pressure jet system includes a high-pressure water pipe connected to a water storage tank. The present invention adds a sealing element inside and outside the pipeline components to be treated, and the sealing area is immersed and pressurized, and the nozzle is set in the immersion area, and when the high-speed water jet enters the water through the nozzle, it will generate bubbles, which will directly act on the surface of the pipeline components for surface strengthening treatment.
