Zusammenfassung: | The present invention discloses a method and device for measuring core footage by recording and analyzing the propagation speed and propagation time of ultrasonic wave, judging the position of the top end of the rock core in the rock core tube by using the reflection characteristics of the ultrasonic sensor on the interface of the two kinds of mediums the ground non-visual rock core tube during the drilling construction process, including an upper-end cover, a lower-end cover, a protective cylinder, a circular circuit board, an ultrasonic sensor element, a temperature sensor, a power supply, a reflector, am ultrasonic partition cover, etc., in the protection cylinder, the ultrasonic components are connected to the circular main board through the cable, and all the electronic components are connected according to the designed circuit, the ultrasonic transmitter and ultrasonic receiver are arranged axially symmetrically at the hollow of the lower end cover, the signal of the ultrasonic sensor on the circuit board can be detected by the multi-channel voltage tester outside. The specific location of the core can be judged by timing; the device has a wide range of applications, which provides a reliable solution for the positioning requirements of objects in confined space, provides data support for its subsequent action execution, and improves work efficiency. |
