Zusammenfassung: | The present invention discloses a high-power and high-voltage pulse generating circuit, which comprises a high-frequency DC charging circuit and a high-voltage pulse circuit. The high-frequency DC charging circuit is composed of a rectifier filter circuit, a high-frequency inverter booster circuit and a high-frequency rectifier circuit which are successively connected. The high-voltage pulse circuit comprises a pulse transformer and two IGBT electronic switches. Both ends of a primary side of the pulse transformer are connected to positive and negative output ends of the high-frequency DC charging circuit respectively through energy storage capacitors, are connected by an IGBT electronic switch respectively and are jointly grounded with a middle tap of the primary side of the pulse transformer. Two energy storage capacitors form two LC resonant rings connected in series respectively with a connected coil leakage inductor of the pulse transformer and an equivalent capacitor on a capacitive load. |
