Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses an application of an antibacterial peptide LRGG in preparing an antibacterial synergist of fluoroquinolones, and relates to the technical field of biomedicine. The amino acid sequence of the antibacterial peptide LRGG is shown in SEQ ID NO.1. The antibacterial peptide LRGG provided by the invention can be combined with fluoroquinolones to produce synergistic sterilization effect on gram-negative bacteria, such as Escherichia coli, Shigella dysenteriae and Pasteurella multocida. Among them, the combined application of LRGG and fluoroquinolones has the strongest synergistic bactericidal effect on drug-resistant Pasteurella multocida (MIC=32 micrograms per milliliter), which can increase the antibacterial activity of fluoroquinolones against drug-resistant Pasteurella multocida by 512 times (MIC=0.0625 micrograms per milliliter), and significantly improve the therapeutic effect of fluoroquinolones on infection caused by drug-resistant Pasteurella multocida.
