Zusammenfassung:Disclosed is a boltless fastener system for heavy-haul railways, comprising a concrete sleeper (1). A top surface of the concrete sleeper (1) is provided with two concrete shoulders (2); a rail bearing recess (12) is formed between the two concrete shoulders (2); first iron bases (3) are pre-buried on the inner sides of the concrete shoulders (2); one surface of the upper part of each first iron base (3) is abutted against one surface of the concrete shoulder (2) facing the inner side; a main part of the abutting surface of the upper part of each first iron base (3) against the concrete shoulder (2) is an inclined surface (9); the concrete shoulders (2) correspondingly form matching slopes (13) at positions where the concrete shoulders (2) abut against the inclined surfaces (9) of the first iron bases (3); the slopes (13) and the inclined surfaces (9) are cast together; arc-shaped elastic strips (6) are installed on the first iron bases (3); gauge blocks (7) are provided on the inner sides of the first iron bases; the gauge blocks (7) are fastened by means of the arc-shaped elastic strips (6); and the gauge blocks (7) can be fastened on a rail body of a steel rail (8) located in the rail bearing recess (12), or can be fastened on an iron pad (15) at the bottom of the steel rail (8). The boltless fastener system is especially suitable for use in heavy-haul railways having a large axle load of 40 tons or more.
