Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the technical field of woven fabrics. The invention provides a three-dimensional woven rubber reinforced fiber composite material. The three-dimensional woven rubber reinforced fiber composite material comprises main warps, surface warps and wefts, the main warp is polyester industrial filaments, and the density of the main warp is 146-201 ends/10cm; the face warps are polyester industrial filaments, chinlon industrial filaments or aramid filaments, and the density of the face warps is 70-103 ends/10 cm; the weft yarns are polyester industrial filaments, and the density of the weft yarns is 7-11.5 ends/10cm. According to the invention, the industrial filaments are adopted as a weaving material, so that the delaminating condition of the rubber conveying belt is effectively avoided, the product has excellent high-temperature aging resistance and bonding strength, and the impact resistance and tear resistance of the rubber conveying belt taking the fabric as a framework layer are improved. The invention also provides a preparation method of the composite material. The composite material can be obtained by gum dipping, rolling, drying and shaping of a fabric. The preparation method provided by the invention is simple, low in process requirement and suitable for large-scale preparation.
